World Water Day

An annual event that aims to raise awareness and take action on the global water crisis. It is held on 22 March every year since 1993, and each year has a different theme related to water issues. As this year's theme suggests, Glaciers are critical to life – their meltwater is essential for drinking water, agriculture, industry, clean energy production and healthy ecosystems.
